We just spent the Christmas holiday in Aruba with friends and family and decided one morning to head out and enjoy some Dutch pancakes. A great place to try this breakfast delight is at Linda's Dutch Pancakes, just a short 3 minute drive from Villa Marquesa.
What makes a Dutch pancake so special? Dutch pancakes are larger and thinner than American pancakes, but not quite as thin as French crêpes. They can be eaten plain or with a variety of toppings like fruit, chocolate, bacon, ham, and cheese among many other options.
