Stuart was a gracious host. He made sure to respond to our needs quickly and with kindness. When we needed more gas, he was at our site within minutes to replace the empty tank. He even allowed us to stay a bit on the property past check out to accommodate us while we waited to check in at our timeshare property. Stuarts house is incredible, it has all the amenities a large group or family could need while on vacation in Aruba. Fully stocked kitchen and grill utensils. Close to Palm Beach and Eagle Beach, Covered parking, The pool is amazing. Stuart is incredibly responsive to his guests' needs and easy to reach via phone or message. This was my first time staying in a house on vacation, and it was fantastic. The place was spotless, so clean, and there was plenty of room for our whole family. Thank you for being so accommodating to our needs, and for the great trip!

House is brand new, loved how the inside looked. Pool got a lot of sun throughout the day so the water was very warm. House is about 10 min drive to Palm beach. Only issue we had was there was no hot water in the house and the circuit breaker went off one night and there was no power. Other than that I would recommend staying with Stuart. ​ Our Response: Hi Tom, We are so sorry for the inconvenience...if we only knew! There IS hot water in the house but the water heater was turned off so we just had to turn it back on, but unfortunately we were not aware of this. One simple call and we could have resolved this within 30 minutes. I hope you still had a great stay regardless. Kind regards.

This property was everything the internet described. The main house has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The apartment on the other side of the pool is such a nice touch with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. The kitchen is stocked with every spice and tea you could imagine. The pans, dishes, utensils and small electronics are better stocked than my own kitchen. The walk-in closet in the main bedroom has an incredible amount of storage space and hangers. Large-screen televisions are spread throughout the property. When we had issues with anything Stuart was always available to help straighten things out. We had a rental car and could easily get around the island. Villa Marquesa is about 7 minutes from great beaches and shopping. A well-stocked corner grocery store is right down the road. We had a great time and would highly recommend this location for your next getaway!

This property was absolutely beautiful. It's highly recommend. Everything was just as expected, clean, spacious and accommodating. It's in a very convenient location. Please be mindful not to waste water or electricity because you'll be charged for the extra usage. But it was very peaceful , calm, and safe!

Pictures are accurate. The two bedrooms in the back house were perfect for our 3 teenagers. The pool area is private and just perfect for relaxation. Very clean and felt safe in the quiet neighborhood. Even though it’s not near anything walkable, the island is small enough where most everything is a short drive. Palm and Eagle beach areas are 10 to 15 minutes depending on traffic so car is necessary.

Awesome and spacious everything we wanted and more!!

This is our second rental with Rentstar. This house is a spacious 4 bedroom 3.5 bathrooms plus outdoor shower. We were a 2 family group and the home's layout worked very well for us, my family in the 2 bedrooms of the main house and the 2 bedroom pool house was perfect for my brothers family. Julia and Stuart were very attentive, the house is very clean and well supplied with clean towels, sheets. Lots of private outdoor space to enjoy the ocean breeze. We ate breakfast every morning on the covered patio. The house is located in a nice residential neighborhood and close to the beach. The main tourist strip, with casinos, restaurants and shops is only a 5 min drive. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning next year. Thanks!
